Aged 40 Years
Loving Partner of Neil and cherished Mother of Jake. Much loved Daughter of Ray and Gayle and Daughter-in-law of Noel and Lesley and loving Sister and Sister-in-law of Raymond and Kelly and Renae and Glen.
Family and Friends are respectfully invited to attend a Celebration of Tania's Life to be held at the Centenary Memorial Gardens Chapel, 353 Wacol Station Road, Sumner on Friday, 16th November, 2012 commencing at 3.00pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the PA Research Foundation would be kindly appreciated.
